Compliance obligations are specific rules, standards and guidelines adopted by or enforced on the organisation. These obligations govern the manner in which the company fulfils its objectives and provides a framework within which daily operations are conducted. LegalMind AI provides the organisation with an automated means of managing and communicating these compliance obligations.

These libraries are comprehensive legal and regulatory registers noting a range of i.e. National laws, Provincial law, Local by-laws, voluntary regulations and technical standards. The libraries are continuously updated with amendments to existing and newly promulgated law. Legal assessments are conducted on the system, including the management of legal duties and the mitigation of nonconformities.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) has been incorporated into the system and will be trained with relevant legal and other company specific information. This will enable you to ask the system day to day legal questions relating to any function, occurrence or activity relating to the organization and the industry. AI draws on cognitive technologies ensuring that the compliance function becomes a valued partner to the business.

Duties and responsibilities imposed by service and other agreements are incorporated into the system. Persons responsible for these duties and responsibilities are notified of their tasks by means of the task manager. The system also enables users to load agreements to a central platform where reminders are set for contract expiration, renewal, penalties, and changes.

Legal non-conformities are recorded on any smart device and communicated to parties responsible for resolving them. Users have the ability to generate flash and full reports on nonconformities. The system further enables users to conduct root cause investigations and associated investigation reports.

The asset manager enables the user to upload and monitor any piece of equipment or vehicle that needs periodic service, testing, inspection, and calibration. The system can be set up to remind responsible persons (including external service providers) of their responsibilities to service, testing, inspection, and calibration equipment.

The training manager enables the user to upload company employees and monitor all recurring and other training. The system can be set up to remind responsible persons (including external service providers) of their responsibilities to periodically train employees. Training certificates and related documents can be loaded and stored on the system.

The Task Manager enables you to register and view all tasks relating to all the compliance obligations related to the company on a single dashboard. These tasks are monitored, managed, and closed from a central system portal and communicated as subtasks to internal and external persons. The task manager includes a comprehensive filter system, enabling the user to view tasks relevant to a department or an individual.

Multiple dashboards can be developed to the specifications of the customer. These dashboards typically include individual task dashboards, department task dashboards and company (executive) dashboards. An objective of the customised dashboard feature is to enable any user at any time to view the status of their individual, the department, or the company compliance obligations.
